Even the hardiest of northern people need a little boost of extra warmth.
COZY IN THE SNOW is dressed for the Arctic cold in her traditional Parka, long skirt and warm leather Mukluks.
She has joined her hands inside the sleeves of her parka.
Her large Parka hood is pulled over her head but can still be used to hold a baby (which may be waiting for her at home).
This Inuk woman is stoic.
Her life is full of challenges like an austere environment and few modern resources like a store to buy groceries.
But the Inuit have thrived in the Arctic for thousands of years.

An important life lesson for all of us.
